We’re actively building our network across landscape installation crews, certified arborists and tree care specialists, licensed irrigation contractors, hardscape and paver installers, outdoor lighting specialists, drainage and grading contractors, and equipment operators. If your trade serves South Florida commercial or residential landscapes, we want to know about you.
What We Look For In A Service Partner
Every subcontractor we work with needs an active state license, general liability insurance with The Green Shape listed as additional insured, workers’ comp coverage if you have employees, and a W-9 on file. Beyond paperwork, we look for reliable communication, quality of work that matches our standards, and crews that can be background-checked for residential and HOA-restricted properties. We’ll often do a walkthrough together before assigning paid work.

The Green Shape operates across South Florida’s three primary counties: Miami-Dade (Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Hialeah, Miami Gardens), Broward (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Davie, Coral Springs), and Palm Beach (West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter). Our corporate office is in Miami with operational suites in Lake Worth and Miramar, letting us route crews efficiently across the region.
How To Apply
Send us your company name, trades, service area, license number, and insurance carrier through the contact form below or by emailing customer@thegreenshape.com. One of our account managers will reach out within a few business days to understand your capacity and the kinds of jobs you’re looking for. We’ll request your COI, W-9, and license verification, then typically start with one or two smaller trial jobs to make sure expectations match on both sides. We’re not a quick-onboard, low-margin marketplace — we’re looking for partners we can build with for years.
